Just before 11 p.m., the officers checked a German car they saw parked in a parking lot next to the main road. They also looked in the trunk. “In total, 14 fully skeletonized human skulls were found that were more or less complete,” the police said. “The investigation revealed that the two German citizens had stolen the skulls of a corpse.”
