And to the state government, he says: “We are all constantly talking about the climate crisis. I expect a real clarification – whether climate protection is more important, or whether a house roof looks as nice as possible.”
Other communities have no such concerns. “The Tennengau relies on the power of the sun”, headlined the “Krone” at the beginning of the year. In many places, more will be invested in solar energy in 2023. The buildings of the municipality receive photovoltaic solar energy on the roofs – also because there are all kinds of subsidies to switch to green energy. “We actually need our own employee in the regional association who alone takes care of all subsidies,” smiles the mayor of Scheffau, Friedrich Strubreiter.
