The Facebook post in which Gössinger Weinhof & Heurige from Obersdorf contacted Apetlon was shared 711 times. Because that’s where cat “Trude” was stranded after her delivery van.
“We have a wine bar and a winery in the Weinviertel and we have ordered vines from the Tschida nursery in Apetlon,” says Martina Gössinger. “When we opened the car, the cat jumped out and crawled into the hallway.”
So you left the animal alone and waited for it to appear on its own. After feeding – the Gössingers have cats themselves – they put the velvet paw in a transport box and photographed it. Get rid of it on Facebook, a small call for help and the mail went off. Zig animal lovers shared the message.
Happy Ending for “Trude”
“The owner called yesterday morning,” says Martina Gössinger with a smile. ‘Trude is really from Apetlon. Her mistress’s sister-in-law has already picked her up.” So a happy ending for “Trude”, who traveled by van and vines from one wine-growing region to the next.
