In recent months, we have therefore not only concentrated on the execution of our thousands of existing orders, but also put a lot of work and passion into optimizing and expanding our product portfolio and processes. This guarantees our customers an even better and faster processing of the order up to the implementation of the system, so that everything works perfectly in the end.

In any case, the diverse team (including external employees) behind Krone Sonne works at full speed and with passion on the implementation of the environmental project. The primary goal is, of course, to bring the sun to customers’ homes. Thanks to our experience with more than 1000 installed systems, we know exactly what is important in PV planning and what information is required for this. These are requested during the ordering process and then checked by our planning team. The installation is maximally simplified.

Krone Sonne takes care of the entire process from the start. Perfectly trained experts ensure that the whole process runs smoothly. The goal is to relieve our customers of a lot of work and to make the process as simple as possible. That is why we also take care of the complex registration with the network operators and the application with the responsible financiers. Another success factor is our broad partner network that you can rely on.

The Krone Sonne team also coordinates the carefully selected installation partners. The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us. Our customer service therefore constantly strives to find fast, easy and efficient solutions.

But what good is the best service if the core components are not available? We are also well prepared for this challenge. Due to the size of the network, we purchase directly from well-known manufacturers and therefore have options that remain unattainable for individual installation companies. This also means that we ensure high availability of PV modules, inverters and storage. These are in large numbers in the warehouses and are waiting to be put into use at the customers’ homes.
