Golden grade – Vote now for your favorite upcoming talent

Up-and-coming Austrian talent from the classical field will once again compete for the “Gouden Noot” in a major ORF show on June 2. The music competition, founded by Leona König, is taking place for the seventh time this year. The most outstanding young talents are honored in the string and wind instrument categories. You can vote online again this year for the audience award!

This year, for the seventh time, the “Gouden Noot” of the Young Talent Classic Incentive Award will be awarded to exceptional talent.

The nine finalists have already been determined. They convinced the jury with their performances in the genres of string instruments (violin, cello) and wind instruments (flute, clarinet, trumpet) and, for the first time, “ballet and contemporary dance”.

As part of a TV gala broadcast on ORF 2 on Friday, June 2 at 8:15 p.m., they will compete in the final and compete for first place in their category. The winner is determined by a star jury consisting of well-known figures from the classical genre.

Here we present the six girls and three boys between the ages of ten and eighteen.
