Dairy boys and already serious criminals! In Linz, two boys – 18 and 16 years old – were sentenced to unconditional prison terms. The duo had attacked three tobacconists in Linz, some alone and some together.
The two milk faces took their seats at the regional court in Linz on Friday. The charge: theft! And three times. Because the only 18-year-old main perpetrator had confessed to having visited three tobacconists in Linz within a month. Striking: a silver gun was always used, the detectives tapped a serial killer.
It was over on February 17, because after the robbery in Dauphinestraße in Linz-Kleinmünchen, the robber was caught in Auwiesen. And he also admitted the coups in Neue Heimat (January 16) and Hamoderstrasse (February 2). In the last robbery, an escape aid – a 16-year-old Russian – was arrested. He was in the dock and also confessed.
The verdict of the jury: the 18-year-old will be jailed for 22 months, the 16-year-old for 15 months. The verdicts are already final. Due to the young age of the perpetrators, the 18-year-old would have received a maximum sentence of ten years in prison and his accomplice five years in prison.
