Date:

As reported by CSIF, the agreement means that the strike scheduled for September 7 will be called off.

The Social Security (system that depends on the government of Spain) and the trade unions UGT, CCOO, CSIF, ELA and CIG have signed an agreement that provides for the hiring of 3,525 new employees and improvement of the working conditions of the employees of this organization.

As reported by CSIF, the agreement assumes the strike call scheduled for Sept.

The agreement includes, among other things, the introduction of two days of teleworking, performance incentives and the drawing up of a personnel plan to identify personnel needs.

The Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration reached an agreement in principle with the trade unions this morning and the parties signed the pact in the afternoon.

Under the agreement reached with the trade unions, the Ministry of Integration, Social Security and Migration commits to submitting a bill to the Council of Ministers on the establishment of the State Social Security Agency, which will be considered “immediately” .

Likewise, the ministry commits to working with the trade unions to prepare a strategic personnel plan for the entire social security system.

The agreement also provides for the introduction of one day of teleworking per week from 1 July of this year, insofar as the tasks are suitable for this, on a voluntary basis and always with attention to the public.
