Labor unions ALS and LAB left strike suspended which had started almost a month ago among the staff of Justice administration of the Basque Autonomous Community (CAV). The factories announced that they received a “very interesting” proposal from the Basque government yesterday that could put an end to this strike.
For example, both unions, the majority in the sector, have invested paths compositions this Wednesday (2 pm, in the three capitals) to submit the text to vote.
The offer of the Basque government constitutes one salary increase of 13% for all Justice staff, so that it will mean equal pay with the rest of the officials of the General Administration in Euskadi, one of the demands of the staff. In addition, they would not affect other rights acquired by the group.
The representative of DE AAlex Agote, was “optimistic” that this executive’s approach can be supported in the meetings because “it is very good”, and that an agreement can be signed.
In the same vein, Loreto Cobo (LABORATORY) has ensured that they have reached “a very good agreement that will exceed expectations for the majority of the group’s 2,400 employees, except for forensics,” a group for which no significant progress has been made.
