After a 14-year-old reported a group of youths to the police, the four retaliated against him by urging him to talk to the Liesing district of Vienna. He was then humiliated, beaten and threatened during the meeting on Wednesday. The four teenagers also filmed their act.
The meeting took place just before midnight in Fridtjof Nansen Park. The youth group, aged 13 to 15, urged the victim to apologize. According to police, the 14-year-old had to kneel while others punched and kicked him. At the same time, they filmed the attack with their mobile phones.
Threatened with a knife and robbed
The 14-year-old suffered head injuries. As if that wasn’t enough, they threatened the victim with a knife and stole perfume, a cap and a mobile phone charger from the backpack.
When the group fled, the victim contacted passersby, who immediately called the police. After a short search, officers were able to arrest all suspects. After the interviews, the young people were handed over to their legal guardians.

One of the suspects (15) is already known to the authorities and has been taken to prison after consultation with the public prosecutor’s office. He was partially self-proclaimed. The investigation into the case is ongoing.
