An e-bike rider was found with serious head injuries in Leibnitz (Styria) on Sunday night. The incident confuses the emergency services – the identity was also unclear for a long time.
At around 11 p.m., passers-by found a seriously injured man on Wasserwerkstraße in Leibnitz and immediately called the emergency call. Presumably he was on the road with the e-bike and fell – under what circumstances – it was still unclear on Sunday afternoon.
The cyclist’s identity was also initially completely unknown. He was first taken to the LKH Wagna with serious head injuries, but was flown from there to the LKH Graz. The police do not know what his current state of health is.
Witnesses are being sought
In the meantime, however, the identity of the injured should at least have been clarified, but much is still unclear. Now it is about reconstructing the course of the accident and witnesses are also being sought.
