A traffic accident in Straßwalchen caused a stir on Tuesday morning. According to the police, the accident happened around 9.30 am in the center of the municipality of Flachgau. A 70-year-old driver from the Braunau district lost control while driving on Braunauerstrasse.
The man is said to have become dizzy when entering the roundabout at Mayburgerplatz. This caused his car to crash into a shop window next to a travel agency. The driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital. No one else was injured.
