Shortly before, members of the tennis club would have showered there and a little later a tractor collided with the clubhouse in Pfaffing. The damage to the building is enormous, miraculously no one was injured.
The cause is still unclear, but the consequences are major: Thursday evening a tractor drove into the clubhouse of the tennis club in Pfaffing. The self-propelled vehicle rolled down a slope and eventually crashed into the building, hitting the shower room.
Club members would have stayed there before. But no one was injured in the accident. There were six people outside – they also got away with the horror.
Building supported by the fire department
The fire brigade of Pfaffing, Oberalberting and the police were alerted in the evenings. The Floriani disciples supported the building with ceiling supports. It will probably remain unusable for a while. The tractor also sustained significant damage.
That’s how the accident happened
At around 9:15 p.m., a 54-year-old farmer from Pfaffing parked his tractor in front of the barn and entered the house. Although a gear was engaged and the parking brake applied, the vehicle suddenly began to roll. So the accident literally took its course.
