On Monday, June 5, the volunteer fire brigade in Zwettl-Stadt was called to Mannshalm (Lower Austria). A tractor overturned and had to be secured by the Florianis.
The truck, which was on its side, overturned with its trailer. The Mannshalm volunteer fire brigade and the neighboring farmer secured the tractor against further slipping before the Florianis of the Zwettl-Stadt volunteer fire brigade arrived on the scene. First the trailer had to be salvaged. Using a crane and cable winch, the emergency services released the drawbar from the tractor and removed the trailer from the danger zone.
Then the salvage of the tractor began. To prevent the tractor from colliding with the neighboring residential building, the emergency services changed the angle. For this, the front of the tractor was lifted and turned towards the road.
