Police are currently on a full-speed search for a suspected burglar who allegedly ripped open several packages from parked vans in front of luxury stores on Vienna’s Graben and stole the contents. Published police photos should provide the necessary information.
According to the police, the unknown perpetrator acted immediately. Any time the delivery person in question was not with the vehicle, the unknown perpetrator would have struck. The ripped open packages were secured near the crime scene shortly afterwards.
Jewelery worth 100,000 euros stolen
The burglaries took place between mid-December 2022 and the end of April 2023. In December, jewelry worth at least 100,000 euros was stolen. Witnesses who have noticed the suspect before, during or after his escape are asked to contact the police.
