After noting that negotiations have been blocked for more than 18 months, the union has indicated that, “despite being a public service contracted out by the Provincial Council of Bizkaia through its public company Interbiak, it has been absent in all those months of blockade”.
Meanwhile, he censored, the Gesbisa concession company insists it cannot meet staff demands due to the tight specifications for which the road’s operation has been awarded. Gesbisa’s works council demands that the Provincial Council intervene in this conflict, “take no position on the side of the company” and “meet the demands of the staff”.
