A traffic accident occurred in the night from Friday to Saturday in Euratsfeld in the district of Amstetten (Lower Austria). A young driver suffered serious injuries.
According to initial information, the vehicle of a young driver on the L89 in Euratsfeld rolled over several times and crashed into a tree. The seriously injured man was trapped in the wreckage.
“Very Complicated Stuck”
The volunteer fire brigade of Euratsfeld had to work for almost an hour with the hydraulic rescue equipment to free the man from the vehicle. According to Philipp Gutlederer of the Amstetten fire brigade, the steering wheel was “clamped in a very complicated way”.
The seriously injured man was taken to hospital and the completely destroyed vehicle was recovered from the forest by the fire brigade.
