Unknowns have the pectoral cross of the late emeritus Pope Benedict XVI. stolen. The former pope donated it to his home parish in Traunstein.

The “papal pectoral” was stolen Monday from the town church of St. Oswald. The perpetrators broke open an exhibition box placed in the wall and stole the pectoral cross.
