The accident happened in the area of the Riesenwald hiking trail in the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser in Brixental. At around 12:45 p.m., the boy was under the supervision of his mother on a 40-foot log seesaw. The young German may have lost his balance and fell from a good five feet to the ground, which was covered with wood chips.
