After a man reported a dangerous threat in Vienna-Ottakring on Wednesday night, he revealed to officials that the perpetrator was in possession of all Nazi items. A large-scale search followed. Nazi uniforms and daggers were secured.

It all started with a report of a dangerous threat. According to the victim, the reason for the threat was the relationship with a woman. During the interrogation, an explosive revelation came. The man stated that the suspect was in possession of Nazi memorabilia, mainly in the form of uniforms, hand grenades and fully automatic weapons.

House search with large police presence
A short time later, the home was searched for the home address of the 44-year-old. Incredible scenes took place on the spot. The officials were supported by the Cobra task force. Because there was also a suspicion that there were hand grenades in the house, an explosives expert from the LPD Vienna and an explosives detection dog from the police dog unit were deployed.

No grenades or weapons were found
Nazi uniforms and engraved daggers were seized during the search. However, there was no trace of the grenades or weapons. The Nazi fanatic stated that he no longer owned the grenades and weapons. It is also said to have been a replica.

An interrogation was immediately held with the suspect, who made no confession. The man is reported on suspicion of making a dangerous threat and violating the Prohibition Act and the Weapons Act.
