A serious traffic accident occurred on the Liebenauer Tangente in Graz on Saturday morning: two cars collided at the crossing at Murpark. Firefighters had to free an injured person from the wreckage.
The accident happened at around 10:15 a.m. on the highway feeder: two cars collided at the intersection near the exit to Murpark shopping center. One car was lifted out by the force of the impact and came to rest on the driver’s side. The professional fire brigade of Graz had to cut a person from the wreckage.
A total of three people were injured in the accident and had to be taken to the Graz regional hospital. After extensive clearing and securing work, the road was reopened around 11:30 a.m.
