Finger belonged to the sender
Justice then started an investigation into the threat of a crime, the prosecutor said in Paris on Thursday. It was soon determined that the finger belonged to the sender of the macabre broadcast. The man was registered because he had been struggling with psychological problems for a long time, reports Le Parisien. The suspect has been admitted to a psychiatric institution.
