Construction work for Robbie Williams’ concert for Hochosterwitz Castle in Carinthia has been underway for a week. But now it’s throwing a spanner in the works again!
According to a broadcast by the organizer, the heavy storms and precipitation of the past few days in Carinthia have severely damaged the park and the event grounds. “In addition, there is the predicted precipitation on Friday and Saturday throughout the concert day.”
Weather Conditions Deteriorating, “Safety First!”
Another severe storm is currently approaching the event site and more intense precipitation and thunderstorms are forecast for the entire day of Saturday’s show.
Necessary checks by the Operations Center on Thursday showed that under these circumstances the traffic and the event could no longer be handled safely enough.
“We are therefore very sorry to inform you that the event planned for Saturday with ‘Robbie Williams’ cannot take place. Safety first!”
Fans will get the ticket price back
After hours of discussions with everyone involved and the authorities, it was determined that it was not possible to keep the event safe and to carry it out in accordance with the decision.
The safety of our visitors is also our top priority as organizers and venue operators. The tickets must be refunded at the presale points.
