Because a taxi driver in Vienna would have chosen the wrong route to the desired address on Wednesday, he was punished by a man (25) from Germany with blows and kicks. The suspect was said to have been accompanied by an unknown man. The 25-year-old has been arrested.
At around 4:15 p.m., the taxi driver was in the Linzer Strasse area of Vienna-Penzing to take the two men to their desired address. On the way, the men suddenly accused the driver of choosing the wrong route. The victim said that he was immediately attacked with punches and kicks.
Police officers injured in the knee area
The officers of the Linzer Straße and Albert-Schweitzer-Gasse police stations were able to locate the 25-year-old suspect quickly. “During the arrest, the alleged perpetrator violently resisted and injured a police officer in the knee area.
