A suitcase left alone caused a bomb threat at the main train station in Salzburg on Thursday. Now the police have released police photos and are asking for your help.
A caller saw an abandoned suitcase on the platform of the S1 slow train in Salzburg on Thursday and immediately alerted the emergency services. The police therefore cordoned off the neighborhood station and part of the central station as a precaution and investigated the reported object.
A little later, the all-clear could be given – the “Krone” reported.
On Thursday evening, the Salzburg police published police photos showing the apparently older woman and the suitcase in question. Curious: another photo shows the note that the woman stuck to the red suitcase and raised the alarm. “Be careful, don’t touch it – it’s going to explode,” it says.
The police ask for information.
