Emergency services have been on the scene since about 1:30 p.m. Since the Danube is the border river here, also on the Bavarian side.
In Upper Austria on the bank and on the Danube, five weirs are on the side and a rescue helicopter is also positioned for safety.
The emergency services currently assume that the victim can no longer be saved. According to initial reports, the person fell off the boat and was subsequently run over by it.
