For a 38-year-old driver, an exit on the Vorarlberg Autobahn ended on the roof on Sunday: after the driver lost control, the car overturned.
A 38-year-old driver was driving on the A14 Rheintalautobahn towards Tyrol at 10:40 pm on Sunday evening when he suddenly lost control of his Jaguar near Lauterach. The luxury car skidded, overturned and eventually landed on its roof.
Aquaplaning may have been the cause of the crash. In addition, the driver was under the influence of drugs, as it turned out during an investigation after the accident. In any case, the man had a guardian angel with him, because he survived the accident – unlike his vehicle – without a single scratch. This one has come loose more than a dent. The driver’s license was taken from the 38-year-old on the spot.
