On Monday, 242,000 children will flock to school, but not everyone will find a class teacher. Students, who are often called into class too early, need to iron this out. A student representative opens up about the grievances at the “Krone”.
“crown”: As a student representative, you are familiar with the problems of student teachers, what are you currently working on?
Kristina Kamensky: I keep getting cries for help from overwhelmed students. When they do internships, they are often persuaded by school principals to accept a position. They start with just a few lessons, but are soon forced to take more lessons or even take a lesson.
