For example, a 27-year-old who wanted to get hold of the loot could be arrested red-handed as a false prosecutor. The heads of the gang of drug addicts had promised about 400 euros to pick them up. Now the American with Czech roots was on trial in Korneuburg.
After her involvement in the April act could not be proven beyond reasonable doubt (the witness could not clearly identify her), the previous convict was sentenced to 32 months unconditional prison for attempted commercial fraud – legally binding.
