The suspected firearm with which Francesco (14) was shot in Bavaria would not have come from the parental home of the suspect (14). “We are currently excluding the family environment,” police spokesman Enrico Ball said on Sunday. The police are currently interrogating acquaintances of the suspected perpetrator.
The 14-year-old had been noticed for drug use “to a very small extent” in the past. Because there is speculation on social networks about drugs and debt as a background to the crime, investigators are checking these clues. According to the police, the 14-year-old himself says nothing and that is why his acquaintances are being questioned.
Had a gun hidden at his parents’ house
New investigation results now show that the firearm allegedly used did not come from Valerio’s parents’ house. The boy hid the gun in the apartment. Police hope to release more information on Monday.
As reported, according to previous investigations, the teenager allegedly shot a classmate of the same age on Friday afternoon on the grounds of a school center in Lohr am Main (Bavaria) (see video above).
Another classmate reported the crime, and a patrol subsequently found the dead 14-year-old. The suspected student was arrested a short time later and the firearm was found on Saturday. Valerio is in custody.
