Frauerl in shock: A 48-year-old allegedly killed a dog on a leash with 1.9 per thousand in blood in front of a Viennese art gallery on Freyung. All help came too late for the little Maltese.
Unbelievable case of animal cruelty Wednesday evening at one of the most beautiful addresses in the center of Vienna: a vernissage takes place on the Freyung. A man (48) joins the art-interested crowd, which attracts attention with his alcohol and rude behavior. He is said to have harassed the guests during the event, after which security threw him out of the building. As a result, the 48-year-old sees red.
At the gates of Palais Kinsky, a Maltese puppy is waiting on a leash for his wife (73). Suddenly the drunkard attacked the quadruped and kicked him. The dog howls in pain until it can no longer make a sound. The animal succumbed to its fatal injuries.
A shocked witness to the brutal scene raises the alarm. The suspected animal abuser flees and is caught during an immediate manhunt. The 73-year-old mistress can’t believe it, like many, the question arises: “What’s going on in a man who kicks the sweet Maltese to death?”
When questioned, the 48-year-old denies the crime. A breath test yields 1.9 per mille. Now follows a representation according to paragraph 222.
