Chef at the last Rolling Stones concert in Vienna and the Opera Ball Heurigen, pedagogue in Krems and leader of the local scout group – Gerhard Pachschwöll-Kral has experienced a lot in his life and is probably one of the most famous cooking teachers in all of Austria. Award-winning chefs completed his training at the Tourism School (HLF) in Krems, as well as famous hoteliers and internationally active sommeliers.
