A woman (56) was allegedly kicked and punched several times in the face by her own son in an apartment in Vienna-Ottakring on Monday. The victim was able to draw attention to himself by screaming for help – neighbors alerted the police. The boy, who is only 17 years old, confesses.
Shortly before 3 p.m. there was an argument between the woman and her son in the apartment in Vienna. According to police, the boy then punched and kicked the 56-year-old. The victim suffered serious facial injuries and immediately received emergency medical care from the Vienna Professional Rescue Team and was taken to a hospital.

As the police reported on Tuesday, the 17-year-old was arrested – an entry and approach ban and a temporary weapons ban were issued against him.
“The suspect confessed during interrogation and was reported in general by order of the Vienna Public Prosecution Service,” the officials said.
