Supported by Ukraine – Russian poisoned drinking water of Russian military personnel

A Russian from the Altai region is said to have deliberately poisoned drinking water intended for Russian military personnel. The Russian state news agency Tass reports this, citing the domestic secret service FSB.

According to the FSB, a 42-year-old Russian was arrested in this regard. He is said to have “addressed Ukrainian citizens” and expressed “radical views on Russia’s political direction.” He expressed his willingness to support the Ukrainian armed forces.

To prove his solidarity, he poisoned the water of Russian soldiers and captured the action on video. He is said to have sent the recorded images to “representatives of Ukraine”.

According to Russian state news agency RIA Novosti, the incident ended on a low note: no one drank the water, they said. A case has been started against the man. He is accused of “high treason” and “terrorism”. He is currently in custody.
