Baltimore police said late Tuesday night that they responded to shots fired on the grounds of Morgan State University. There are several victims, the police continue. “Please stay where you are and avoid the area.”

The university also urged students and their families not to stay in the affected area. Everyone who is already there must “hide in place.” The university is historically an African-American institution with approximately 9,000 students.
