The High Court of London ultimately dismissed German businesswoman Corina Larsen’s lawsuit against King Emeritus Juan Carlos I, finding that the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom is not appropriate to hear the case, and because Larsen’s account of the lawsuit no offense of intimidation.

The ex-lover of the emeritus is demanding 146 million euros in damages for the alleged intimidation campaign due to her refusal to resume the relationship and return the almost 65 million euros transferred ‘out of gratitude and love’.
