Two young people at Innsbruck’s main station caused head shakes and laughter among waiting passengers on Tuesday evening. The reason: the teenagers wanted to transport a moped on the S-Bahn. But for safety reasons, nothing came of the transport.
“You are only allowed to take mopeds or mopeds on car trains.” This is stated in the “Travelling with the ÖBB Manual” on page 22. Apparently two young people did not read it.
They bought a moped in Innsbruck on Tuesday. They wanted to use the S-Bahn to get to Kufstein at 9:35 PM.
Laughter among waiting passengers
Unfortunately for the two teens, station security became aware of the plan and prevented it. The scene caused much laughter among the waiting passengers.
It is not clear how the moped ultimately ended up in Kufstein.
