Fire alarm at the cemetery of the Vorarlberg market town of Götzis! A small electric truck parked at the cemetery caught fire for reasons that are still unclear. The local fire brigade then had to come out with four vehicles.
On Monday around 2:30 p.m., an electric truck caught fire in Götzis. Presumably due to a technical defect, the vehicle parked at the cemetery in Götzis caught fire and immediately went up in flames.
The total damage must be further cooled
The Götzis Volunteer Fire Department arrived with four vehicles and a total of 30 members. They had to extinguish the burning vehicle with heavy breathing equipment. According to the initial findings, there was no environmental damage. However, the vehicle was apparently a total loss and had to be loaded into a State Fire Department container for further cooling.
