It had to work and fit, otherwise we would not have participated.” The more than ten injured were the result of a tragic accident.
No instructions from organizer

Tractor driver fled after accident

However, all five are responsible for the negligent bodily harm of seventeen people. The five Lower Austrians must pay partial fines of between 2,280 and 4,320 euros. The judge ruled that the tractor driver did not abandon the partygoers. The statements are not legally binding.
