After the major operation on Saturday afternoon, in which a 28-year-old mother and her five-year-old son were rescued from the inn in Schwaz, there is a small certainty. Both are stable, but in intensive care.

The signal was initially given after the dramatic rescue operation on Saturday, in which a mother from Yemen and her son (5) were rescued from the Inn. According to the Tyrolean clinics, both are in intensive care in Innsbruck. However, her condition is said to be stable. There is currently no further information on how the accident happened.

Shortly after 1 p.m. on Saturday, the Red Cross received an emergency notification that two people had been seen at the inn. These were the mother (28) and her son. Passers-by had raised the alarm in the area of ​​the Barbara Bridge in Schwaz.

Divers were able to rescue the two from the water a short time later. CPR was also necessary, police said. It is not yet clear how the accident could have happened. To gain clarity about what happened, police are asking for information from the public.
