Initially he was sensible and confessed to a previous crime in Innsbruck, but then a 27-year-old defended himself with unusual means.
On All Saints’ Day around 4:45 p.m., the 27-year-old man robbed a bar in the Hötting district. This was noticed and he fled towards the market square, but was found during a search around 5.20 pm.
Provisional arrest
The 27-year-old confessed at the scene, was temporarily arrested and then taken to the Hötting police station. There he tried to prevent another official act by suddenly biting the ring finger of a police officer. During a search of the suspect’s home, various stolen goods were found.
