Wild scenes took place in the infamous Innsbruck Bogenmeile on Sunday evening: an Algerian (36) was brutally knocked down and kicked in front of a bar by two unknown men. After the attack, the violent perpetrators fled in a car. A search was unsuccessful.
Around 1:30 am, a wild argument broke out between several people in front of the restaurant in Bogenmeile. During the fight, two unknown people attacked the 36-year-old Algerian. “First, the perpetrators hit and kicked the man several times,” the police said.
Taken to the clinic by ambulance
But that is not enough. “When the victim fell to the ground, the perpetrators kicked the man’s head with their feet,” the investigators said. The 36-year-old suffered significant injuries and had to be taken by ambulance to the clinic in Innsbruck after first aid.
The attackers fled in a car
After the brutal attack, the perpetrators ran to a car and sped away. A search has so far been unsuccessful. There is no trace of the perpetrators. Further investigations are underway.
