–Murder of Illarramendi: The Zarautz City Council convened today at noon silent concentration to show their rejection for the murders by Iván Illarramendi and his wife, Chilean Loren Garcovich, by Hamas during the October 7 attacks. Illarramendi came from Bilbao, but part of his family lives in the city of Gipuzkoa (his father is from Zarautz and his mother is from the neighboring city of Getaria).
