An adult wild boar walked into a beauty salon in the southern Polish city of Krakow. Terrified, the staff and some customers ran out of the store and slammed the door behind them. The trapped animal then destroyed the interior.
In the end, firefighters, animal control and a vet were able to capture the boar and move it to a safe location outside the city limits.
As a spokesman for the city police explained at the time, there was extensive material damage in the beauty salon, but neither people nor animals were injured.
The news portal TVN24.pl published an amateur video (see above), in which the wild boar can be seen behind the closed shop door and wants to get out, while the entrance from the outside is already surrounded by emergency services.
