Explosive reason – woman takes pictures of dying man, continues driving

Date:

On her way to work, a 41-year-old German woman allegedly caused a dramatic accident with a motorcyclist. Instead of administering first aid, she simply grabbed her smartphone, took a photo of the victim and continued driving. Your reasoning is shocking.

In July 2022, the driver made a U-turn at an impermissible place – the 60-year-old two-wheeler driver apparently slipped while swerving, possibly causing him to crash into the fence surrounding a tree. The woman from Cologne is said not only to have seen the injured person, but also to have gotten out.

Image was intended for the boss
Instead of helping him, she simply took a photo of the man lying on the ground. She explained this to the court in Düsseldorf: It was intended for her boss, “so that he would believe me later that it would be because an accident had happened,” she explained to the judge.

“Then she said she had to go to work and drove away,” a witness described the incident. Two other first aiders confirmed the incidents to the driver, who drove away without any assistance. The 41-year-old is charged with negligent homicide, endangering traffic, hit and run and violating personal rights by photographing the dying person.

I don’t want anything to do with the accident
“I didn’t know the street,” the suspect continued to justify herself – she only noticed too late that she had taken a wrong turn – she also did not collide directly with the motorcyclist and therefore did not associate the accident with herself. She said she still doesn’t feel responsible for the accident.

The incident ended with the motorcyclist’s death. Now an analyst must clarify how fast the injured person was driving and why he skidded when braking on an actually dry road. Until then, the trial has been postponed.
