The 21-year-old local and the Hungarian (45) collided late on Thursday morning. The driver was looking for a parking space in her car on the Imst Stadtplatz around 11.15 am when she discovered what appeared to be a free parking space. However, the Hungarian man stood there and wanted to save the place for his wife. According to police, a brief verbal altercation took place after which the 21-year-old continued her journey and continued driving around the town square.
No injuries found
Now the matter becomes unclear: according to the police, the 45-year-old then moved to the other side of the street – right in front of the young woman’s car. Apparently a collision has occurred. However, researchers could not say for sure whether this was true. “No apparent injuries could be found on the 45-year-old,” officials said.
The pedestrian was taken by ambulance to Zams Hospital for examination.
