The Vienna police are currently investigating a suspect who allegedly stole from an elderly person (66) in an underground parking garage in Liesing at the end of September.
The 66-year-old is said to have been walking to her car from a supermarket around noon on September 29 when she was suddenly attacked by an unknown person.
Debit card stolen
According to police, he stole the debit card from the elderly woman’s purse. A little later he withdrew a four-figure sum from a bank branch in Perchtoldsdorf. There has been no trace of the unknown man since.
The first mugshots have now been published. Police are asking for more information.
