Loud sex on the balcony of her apartment in Telfer Fuchsbühel – and partly in front of the neighbors and their children! A 42-year-old and his lover, 39, were fined in late April for public sex acts, sexual harassment and a number of other crimes.
Escalation in party night
Now the sexually active couple is behind bars after going insane after a party on Sunday night. The two local residents are said to have entered the apartment of a neighbor (29) after a verbal argument, damaged various objects and the man was slightly injured and threatened with danger.
“The next day, while cleaning up, we found, among other things, one of the woman’s shoes in my neighbor’s apartment. Absolutely crazy how they rebelled. And there was also a little girl in the apartment,” said a neighbor who is still upset.
“The duo has since been taken into custody,” said Hansjörg Mayr, spokesman for the Innsbruck prosecutor’s office, when asked by “Krone”. Due to the suspicion of trespassing, bodily harm, material damage, coercion and racist insults, they will soon be back in court. “They risk up to three years in prison for trespassing,” Mayr said.
