After the shooting at Charles University in Prague on Thursday, which left fourteen people dead and many injured, the Czech police have now published the first video (see above) showing the officers during their operation against the 24- year-old shooter Students David K. ., shows.
The “video of the intervention at the Faculty of Arts” shows, among other things, “our main activity in the building” – first aid to the injured – wrote the Czech police under the almost four and a half minute video that they published on their YouTube account .
David K. opened fire in the main building of the Faculty of Arts in the center of Prague on Thursday afternoon, killing fourteen people. 25 other victims were injured by the hail of bullets, ten of them seriously to life-threatening. So far, 13 deaths have been identified and we are in contact with the victims’ relatives.

Before the bloody act, the gunman is said to have killed his father in his home in the municipality of Hostoun, west of Prague. The motive for the disaster is still a mystery. According to Police Chief Martin Vondrasek, one hypothesis by investigators is that the 24-year-old could also have been responsible for a double homicide a week ago.
