Wild scenes played out in the early morning hours on Sunday in front of a bar in Lienz, East Tyrol. An unknown perpetrator attacked four local youths and then fled. Two victims had to be taken to hospital. The police are hoping for clues.
According to police, the attack took place in front of the restaurant on Lienzer Tiroler Straße around 4 a.m. The unknown man attacked the four local residents, aged between 20 and 22, and punched them in the face.
All four victims were injured, two in hospital
“The perpetrator then fled,” investigators say. All four victims were injured; two even had to be taken by ambulance to the Lienz district hospital.
The police are hoping for information from witnesses
There is currently no trace of the attacker. He is about 30 years old and has short black hair. At the time of the crime he was wearing a black sweater and jeans.
