The ski day of an eight-year-old girl in the ski area “Niedere” in the Bregenzerwald ended on St. Stephen’s Day with a helicopter flight to the state hospital in Feldkirch (Vorarlberg). The child slipped and slipped on rough terrain. Rescue proved difficult.
At the Niedere ski resort in Andelsbuch on the afternoon of St. Stephen’s Day, an eight-year-old girl slipped in packed snow and slid down a slope into steep, impassable terrain.

The girl had to be rescued from her predicament using rope rescue by the Gallus 2 rescue helicopter. The little girl was flown to the state hospital in Feldkirch with injuries of an undetermined nature.
In addition to the rescue helicopter, troops from the Bezau mountain rescue service, the Bezau police and the Libelle police helicopter were also in action.
